Rugby laws govern how a match should be played. To be allowed to play, players must comply with the rules. If a player gets in touch with an opponent's ball or commits another foul act in the same match, he/she is guilty of foul play. If a player is found guilty of foul play, he or she must be cautioned and suspended. Additionally, the offending team must also be warned. The game may be restarted.
